We had a really great stay at the June Motel in Prince Edward County! The room was so cute and very clean. There is someone available to text for any questions you might have and they also had great dinner recommendations! And the location is great and a short drive to Picton’s Main Street. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

My wife and I had a quick getaway for a night to celebrate our anniversary. The June motel exceeded our expectations. Pictures online were great, but in person , was even better. The staff were very friendly and Katie welcomed us and gave us some great advice for some local places to eat. We can’t wait to stay again. Fresh coffee and baked treats in the morning was a nice touch!

This was our second stay at The June Motel and our third visit to Prince Edward County, and we love it more every time! We were so pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to the beautiful Rosé Suite, which made our stay even more special. Later in the day, we met Tahira, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful — she assisted us with our complimentary bikes, set up the fire pit with s’mores in the lobby, and even offered to take photos of us. Her positive energy and genuine care truly stood out and made our stay unforgettable. We already can’t wait to come back next year — The June Motel is such a gem, and they’re so lucky to have someone like Tahira on their team!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The June Motel with my 86 year old mom, and overall, it was a charming experience! The retro vibes and aesthetic make it a perfect spot for some Instagram-worthy photos. Plus, parking was a breeze, which is always a plus when you're traveling. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, featuring delicious muffins, yogurt, and coffee to kickstart the day. It’s just the right amount to enjoy without feeling overindulgent. However, there were a couple of downsides. The mattresses could definitely use an upgrade; they were a bit too soft for my liking. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and placed high up, making it difficult to adjust the settings comfortably. The bathroom fan was also noisy, and I could hear quite a bit of movement from the ceiling above, which was a bit distracting. That said, the highlight of my stay was definitely Katie at the front desk in the morning. She was incredibly friendly and provided fantastic tips about the area, including recommendations for shopping and dining. Her suggestion to visit a nearby winery was a gem we might have missed otherwise! Overall, The June Motel has a lot to offer, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and retro getaway!

The June Motel is such a quaint lovely spot. We only stayed for one quick night so unfortunately did not have an opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities however our stay was 5 star all the way. We were warmly and enthusiastically greeted upon our arrival. We got upgraded to a better room unsolicited. Our room was so cute and immaculate with everything we could possibly need. The ability to text staff with any questions was much appreciated. The young woman who was working replied quickly every time and was full of information - anticipating our needs. We would DEFINITELY return - HIGHLY highly recommend the June Motel. Such a quaint, homey, cozy vibe

Great little place close to town but far enough for peace and quiet. The staff are awesome, never felt more invited and welcome. The service is not 2025, it felt more like the old days when the motel appreciated you staying and went out of their way to make you feel incredible during your stay. I will be back!

My friends and I visit The June every November, and it’s truly an oasis! It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful solitude and a lively little scene. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and inviting. We’ll always return, I can’t give it enough stars!

My parents and I stayed at the June in Picton this past week, and it was just phenomenal. Our room (the deluxe suite) was spacious, comfortable and so beautifully decorated. The grounds of the property were picturesque. But the best part of our stay was the staff. Every single staff member we met during our five day stay was kind, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to get to know. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the June for such a wonderful stay!
